The Democratic Services service area comprises the following elements:
Committee Services
A service, which includes statutory elements, covering the following:-
- Servicing of, and support to, the Council, the Cabinet and committees.
- Members’ allowances.
- Democratic decision-making for service delivery.
Electoral Services
A statutory service covering the conduct of elections within the Cotswold District and the compilation of the Electoral Register.
Office Services
A discretionary support service covering provision of office supplies, mailroom service and meeting room services.
Reprographics Services
A support service covering:-
- The provision of a comprehensive copying, printing and finishing service to the Council and its Officers; and some external organisations.
- The provision of a desktop publishing service to the Council and its Officers; and some external organisations.
